When you take admission in one college you submit your documents such as migration, clc and other such certificates that are necessary when you take admission in any college. So in order to take admission in another college you will need your certificates and for that you have to inform your current college and inform them about you leaving and get all the necessary documents for admission in another college.

Sorry to say but at 51 percentile, it is next to impossible to get a good college even you have an NT-B category. There is very little chance that you can get a decent college too. So, you must consider giving other exams also and try to maximize your score over there to make your place in the top college.

No, there's no defence quota in MNIT Jaipur. There are total 888 seats out of which 130 seats are reserved for female candidates. Apart from this, there is separate reservation for home state candidates and state candidates as per JEE Mains Reservation Criteria.

For undergraduate level there are two courses btech and b.arch.
Inorder to enroll into btech programme students need to qualify keam exam.
Eligibility criteria : Must complete the 12th standard with Physics Chemistry and maths with 45% marks.
Fees : Rs. 1,13,000 INR
For b.arch course students need to qualify NATA exam
B.arch is a five years course.
Eligibility criteria : Must complete the 12th standard with Physics Chemistry and maths with 50% marks.
Facilities : Infrastructure is well equipped and clean. College contains boys and girls hostel with 250 rooms for boys hostel and 140 rooms for girls hostel.
College contains library with wide variety of books, sports area for indoor and outdoor games, auditorium, medical hospital for any emergency, guest rooms for parents and faculty and a good infrastructure.
