According to the category rank mentioned by you in the question you have very low or almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs because the closing SC rank for preparatory courses in IITs were around 200-250 for other than female quota and you are very far from the figure so you can hardly get any IIT.
But don't get disappointed because if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-

The eligibility criteria for Bachelor of Science(B.Sc) is that the candidate must have passed 12th with PCM or PCB or PCMB as your subjects. Along with this,you should have obtained a score in MHTCET.

Eligibility Criteria for engineering admission on the basis of 12th marks is as follows: 1) You must have completed class 12th (10+2). 2) Secured minimum 45-50% marks in higher secondary examinations (12th). 3) Must have studied Physics, Mathematics & English as compulsory subjects in the 12th. 4) Completed 12th from any recognized school by CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, or State Boards.
You need to also appear for entrance exams such as JEE, CET etc. Each university has different entrance exams for B.Tech in their college. I would recommend you to find a university near to your residing place and research on it.

You can use your original mark sheet for admissions. Improvement exam is for improving your previous scores if you couldn't improve it or scored less than the previous scores then your first and original marksheet can be used.
