College admission
Hii there,
Dear candidate the RVR & JC college of engineering has fees of approx 1.12 lakhs per year. It's cutoff for ECE branch is around 9500 by AP-EAMCET every year. While the cutoff for ECE branch in VRSEC ranges from 6000 to 25000 and fees being around 1.1 laks per year. For the B. Tech programme the median salary is almost similar in both the colleges, the difference is very less. You can compare both the colleges on Careers360 college compare:

Dear Aspirant
First of all I am explaining you in short the rule of choice filling of WBJEE .During choice filling you can put any no of choices there and sort them according to your favourable interests . In every round you will be allotted only one department of one college . According to your sorted choice list the top most available choice with vacant seats will be given to you . If you are happy with that then you lock that and get admission . Otherwise you upgrade. If any of the preceding choice's seat becomes vacant then you will get than otherwise you get the allotted seat given to you from the previous round. That's how it works. So choice filling and seat allotment is very vital.
So if you have already selected upgradation then you can't take admission now . Because if you get a new allotted seat then the allotted seat of the previous round will of be no use .
Admission can be done if you confirm the allotted seat given to you and don't upgrade further . Then you go to your respective institution with all the documents and get admitted.
So the seat allotment letter and admission receipt are not same. You can get provisional seat allottment letter after each round of counselling but you will get admission receipt after you ger admission in a particular college.
best wishes.
Hello Aspirant,
It seems that you want to ask colleges based upon you OBC rank in JEE-Advance 2020 if not then please reframe your question clearly. According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have almost no chances of getting into any of the IITs.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
You can check out previous year's JEE-Advanced cut-off for IITs kindly refer to the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-cutoff-for-iits
But if you have good rank in JEE-Main then you can get good NITs also and you can predict the colleges which you can get from JEE-Main by using JEE-Main College Predictor :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Advance College Predictor:-

I hope this information helps you.
Good Luck!!
Hello Student,
A rank of 13000 in obc ncl is a bit low of a rank. The cut off for obc for the year 2020 is given to be 74. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IIITs would be tough to get into with this score. Also other Centrally Funded Technical Institutes ( CFTIs) such as the IITs also would be a bit tough. Some newer NITs might be possible based on the reservation such as NIT Andhra or NIT Pondicherry.
And, since you have mentioned that you belong to the obc category, the chances of you getting into some some of these universities are a bit more. There are some other universities into which you have a good chance of getting into.
Some other good universities with this rank would be:
1. SSN College of Engineering, Chennai
2. SASTRA Deemed to be University, Thanjavur
3. Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh
4. CBIT
5. Delhi university
6. Vasavi College
You can check your colleges using the link below
You should have mentioned your home state too. You have chances in following NITs. The cutoff ranks of NITs have not been released yet. It will be released on seat allocation round 1 on October 17. Following recommendations are based on 2019 JoSAA cutoff.
For more information regarding CSE cutoff for NITs follow this link : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-btech-computer-science-engineering
However you have a chance to get a list of prescribed colleges against your rank. You just need to use JEE MAIN COLLEGE PREDICTOR. Click the link below, put necessary information and get result instantly.
All the best.
Hello!
Yes you heard it right that the classes of IIIT Agatala are taking place in NIT Agaratala until the construction of the campus is over. IIIT Agartala is a recently established and the first batch started in 2018, that is why you can not find much resources on the internet stating placement statistics of this college.
Well the placements of CSE dept. in IIIT Agartala is maximum as compared to other departments. Many get internships from IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Mandi, IIT BHU etc and some got internship opportunities from Coal India, Sail, NTPC etc in their second year(of 2018 batch). Almost 60% of the students got placed in internships successfully in the year 2018 and it has considerably increased the next year.(The first placement will be done for the batch of 2018-2022). The highest salary package offered was of 20 LPA, and the average salary package offered was of 4 LPA(of NIT Agaratala, the same companies will most probably conduct placements in IIIT Agartala for 2018 batch).
Hope this helps!

Hi
With this marks, your rank would be between 109937-120258
To get seat in government college you must score 600+
So with this chances for MBBS in government college is less, although you can try for private colleges. If you want to only get government college then you can go for BAMS .
As merit depends upon cut off and cut off varies every year depending upon no of students appearing, qualifying, no of seats available, last year's trends, difficulty level of exam.
For MBBS, private college in Tamil Nadu that you can try are:
1. Meenakshi medical college hospital and research centre
2. Christian medical college
3. ACS medical college
4. Tagore medical college
5. SRM medical college
