For admission into the government college you should score above 500+. The admission also depends upon15% all india quota nad 85% state quota seats.

As you said you expected to get 420 there are low chances of getting the colleges through AIQ.

The NEET admission is divided between the 15% All India Quota seats and the rest 85% State quota seats. The cutoffs vary every year and change with respect to various factors.

Based upon the marks you are expecting, you have better chances of admission by 85% state quota seats.
