Hello student,
Mil dahanukar college is a private college affiliated to University of Mumbai with NAAC B+ grade. The college infrastructure is awesome. All the campus is little it is pretty good. The placement rate is medium here.
In another hand, sir Sitaram and lady shantabai Patkar college of commerce and science is a private autonomous college with NAAC A+ grade . The average salary package is about 10 lakh per annum depends upon courses. About 80% of students get placed. The infrastructure is awesome. Faculties are also good.
So in my sense Patkar college is over all the best.

Hello,
Scoring the cut off percentile isn't necessarily mean that you can get a seat. Seat allotment is based on your category, merit rank, seats vacant and your preferences. So if you have required cut off rank and if there are seats available under your category and if you have selected that particular college then you will be allotted that seat. If there are no available seats even if you have the required cut off rank you will not get that seat. Rank is considered for seat allotment.
