Obvious is that you cannot lie to your interviewer. You can answer this question by answering what you have actually done. For example your answer can be that you started to re-evaluate your career or planned what you should be doing to pursue a career in next coming years or you have started a hobby which you have left long time or you have started to improve your personality or learnt a new skill. You can create a new hobby at home from now, you can start learning a new language, a new course or learn a new art. At least start doing any of these from now on so that you will be honest with your interviewer and it shows that you have been actually productive during the quarantine.

Hey aspirant
As the Covid-19 outbreak has long delayed the admission process of various institutions, so the application process has started in which only 12th roll number or registration number is being asked. After the result will be declared, each institution shall open the application window for a span of time to update the marks obtained. Thus you need to keep a check on the institution's website for application schedule.
Hope this helps you
Ho Vishalini,
Sastra University is an UGC approved and NAAC accredited grade A college located in Tamil Nadu. It was established in the year 1984. It offers several courses in various disciplines.
It is good in both respects- academically and non-academically. To be straightforward towards your question I will throw light only on extracurricular aspects.
There is numerous clubs and societies in the university. Some of them are Literary Club, Auto Club, Oratory, and Debating Club, JAM Club, Fine Arts Club, Quiz Club, etc. clubs. COLOSSEUM & FUERA are SASTRA's inter and intra college sports competitions. There are many fests celebrated here and will help you develop your extracurricular skills.
All the best.
Hello aspirant,
Based on previous year trends if you are able to score 65-70% of overall marks or even higher than you will be able to get a good rank, and once you have a good rank you will be able to have admission in the college in any desired branch of B.Tech, each year closing ranks for different branch changes and so will be this year also , but if you are able to score good marks be assured you will have admission in the desired branch of yours.
I hope it helps,
