.DSATM is affiliated to VTU while. I would suggest to join DSATM .

Although i am not sure of the current academic changes but i heard from one of the teaching faculty member that they are under process of implementing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence related courses in academics which is a great idea and will help the students to greater level.

You can opt for CSE. There are no pros and cons, at the end of the day, its you effort and commitment which will play a vital role.

Yes you can surely take a break between your 12th and 1st year of your graduation but your admission will be subjected to the college you want to get in. Most of the colleges in India have certain age limits that means a candidate cannot fetch a degree if he/she doesn't fulfills the basic age criterion.

However there are many colleges that do not have barred age limits.

Admission to engineering colleges is based on entrance exams like JEE, BITSAT, SRMJEE, VITEEE, KCET, MHCET, WBJEE, etc.

But if you want to get admission based on 12th marks you can get it through management quota in private and deemed universities.

Colleges in Jabalpur don't offer admission based on 12th marks.

In Indore, there is no such colleges which gives admission on class 12th marks basis(at least what the portal says). However you can confirm it by contacting the colleges you might be interested in(since some says they admit students on merit basis which could be true for 12th marks too).

To get admission in any college for B.Tech degree , you must take an entrance exam (JEE MAIN/JEE ADVANCED/ Other state level Engg exam)and qualify the required cut off .

Well , some colleges adds compulsory eligibility criteria to score a ceratin marks in 12th !

you should have physics and mathematics in 12th!

Yes, you get admission in DTU if you have a acceptable rank. You are a resident of delhi and completed your 12th in delhi but your obc certificate is from different state and your caste is in central list of different state not delhi . If you can get a OBC certificate that is approved by Central Govt. then you can get admission in DTU under OBC category. Otherwise you have to get into the college through the General category if you have the general category acceptable rank.

Yes, you can do your M. Tech in computer science after B. Tech in CSBS. At the same time,  it might be very challenging because you will have to take GATE in CS, therefore have a good knowledge about it and score exceptionally well to get into top institutes like IITs and NITs.
