As you are going to appear in 12th board exam in this current you are eligible to take admission in college for UG courses.So mostly application starts from December onwards in various colleges and universities.

JEE score is not accepted to give admission in COE PUNE....an exam is conducted for MAHARASHTRA  state called mhtcet through which only you can get admission there. Its a very good college and hence you have to score very good marks to get admission there.For more details you can

Mechanical branch- 174

What is the criteria for non maharashtrian candidates to get into COEP? MHTCET or JEE MAINS?

COEP is a government college it takes admission through MHT CET and only domicile students of Maharashtra can apply. 

 

Other state students can apply for private colleges through JEE Main or MHT CET.
