In March 2018 I will be appearing for 12 th exam (Science stream) of Goa Board. Whether can I apply to coep for UG Mech. Engg. course?

As you are going to appear in 12th board exam in this current you are eligible to take admission in college for UG courses.So mostly application starts from December onwards in various colleges and universities.
So you can fill application form of COEP whenever it will open. Also you can apply for other admission forms.
