Hello,
The suggestion of the colleges only on the basis of your marks is not that easy because it depends on many more criteria such as field which you have mentioned CS or IT your category and many more. So firstly talking about your field so it is one of the best branch currently with highest demand and this is the reason of high cutoffs so one thing you can do is compare your rank with the cutoffs of all the colleges you are interested and compare your chances of getting admission in that particular college.
Thank you..
Unfortunately No. You need to pay management fee no matter how top you scored in NEET. General, obc category and all have same fee. For sc st the fee is paid by government. But from next year onwards government had ordered private Medical colleges to charge only the government fee for 50% merit sudents. There is reservation for obc category but no reduction in fees.
Hello Pratham,
VTU COLLEGES
VTU colleges(primarily located in Karnataka) are those colleges that are affiliated with Visveswaraya Technological University. The timetables, rules and regulations, fee structure, syllabus, setting of exam papers, evaluation of exam papers, etc. will be decided by VTU and the college that come under VTU must follow those rules.
Advantages of joining VTU-affiliated colleges:
Disadvantages of joining VTU Colleges:
AUTONOMOUS COLLEGES
Autonomous colleges are those colleges that have their own rules and regulations, fee structure, syllabus, timetable, setting, and evaluation of exam papers, etc. There are many such colleges that have gained autonomy and are also affiliated with VTU.
Advantages of joining autonomous colleges:
Disadvantages of joining autonomous colleges:
I have listed the major advantages and disadvantages of VTU colleges and Autonomous Colleges in this answer. In my opinion, joining an autonomous college is better. However, everybody has their own opinion. So, it's up to you to decide which one is the better option.
Hope this will give you some clarity.

Yes, you can apply for colleges in Maharashtra through JEE mains marks even if you are from Maharashtra or not. every college has their own cut off range for all branches and some colleges do required jee advance marks as well. and so many colleges are taking admission through jee mains only.
so you can take admission in colleges of Maharashtra.
Hey student,
This is totally dependent upon your college as maybe the person requesting this is financially weak but is really good at studies he or she can get a bank education loan if not so there is a chance that the college gives you education for free or in terms and condition to pay the fees after the placement.
All the best student,
Hope this help you.
