Is there any good scope for bio medical engineering? which are the good colleges for it.

Snigdha Kesavaraju 15th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

Biomedical engineering is an exciting field that involves engineering solutions to problems in biology and medicine. In the past few years, advances in the field have led to the creation of instruments and machinery that can diagnose, monitor, and treat a wide range of health problems in a non-invasive manner. The field of biomedical engineering has the potential to revolutionize healthcare by making the diagnosis and treatment of diseases faster, easier, and cheaper. Biomedical engineers are the unsung heroes of the field, designing and building the tools and machinery that will help to improve the health of millions of people.
The field of biomedical engineering is booming in India. Many of the country’s best and brightest young minds choose to specialize in biomedical engineering when they are deciding where to study. While it is too early to tell which colleges have the best programs in the field, the accolades and awards that have been coming out of the colleges in and around Bengaluru have been extremely encouraging for those who are interested in pursuing a career in the field. Some of the best colleges in the country, such as IIT Bengaluru, have been making significant investments in the field of biomedical engineering, which is giving students who are interested a lot of opportunities to learn from industry leaders and build their résumé.
Hope this helps.

All the best!

I have completed 12th in 2022,and aiming for jee mains 2023 for admission in colleges under Jac delhi (DTU,NSUT,IGDTUW),I want to pursue computer science engineering but in 12th I have hindi core as a subject instead of computer science so can I will be eligible for admission under CSE branch?

Pro Gaming 15th Jul, 2022

Hello,

Yes, you will be eligible to get any branch if you cleared the cutoff. If you want to pursue engineering with computer science branch then It is not compulsory to have computer subject in your class 12th, if you had Hindi subject then still you are eligible to get CSE in any of the colleges by clearing the entrance exam with a good percentile and rank.

Hope it helps, all the best.

My ranks : (VITEEE - 24k, COMEDK - 6.5k, SRMJEE - 6.4k). I only want CSE (with or without specialisation) or any similar branch. To which college should I give preference? Can I get VIT Vellore in category II or III? Can I get the top 5 colleges of COMEDK? How strongly should I prefer CS over IT?

Sevit Kar 15th Jul, 2022

Hello,

As your rank in VIT is not that good i would say not to opt for it. However you can get cse specialisations in category 3 and there is a good chance to change your branch in 2nd year.

I would suggest you to go for comedk colleges as you have a good rank there and can take up cse branch there even if you don't get in the top 5 colleges because the cost in course four years of B.tech is less in the Bangalore colleges rather than VIT Vellore and SRM University.

which colleges allows me to change branch after diploma in EEE to CSE(AI & ML) ? ?

Arhana Chakraborty 5th Jun, 2022

See there are lateral entry examination through which you can take admission to BTech different course after Diploma. So technically, yeah! its possible for you to take admission in the course of CSE(AI & ML). Now there are not much colleges in India which offers the course CSE (AI & ML ) lateral entry course, so in general you have to take admission to the course BTech CSE lateral entry as most of the colleges offers this course in BTech.

Now if you wish to know the college, then I would recommend you to repost the question with the name of the state or place where you are finding the college.

Amal Santosh 20th Jun, 2022

Dear aspirant, I would suggest you to move to countries like Canada if you're interested in diploma courses. It would have some good results there, but for masters you should consider some top colleges accepting GMAT in any countries,

Go for diploma if you are not willing to invest some time.

If i take admission for mbbs in private medical college in india in 2022 and simultaneously prepare for neet ug...and get a merit rank for neet 2023 will i be eligible for the 50% fee reduction in private colleges from 2023 (from second year mbbs) onwards?

Sanjana 15th Jul, 2022

Hey aspirant

No that's not how it goes. If ypu score good marks and top rank you will get merit seat in private colleges. Merit sear in private colleges are going to have fee reduction. No use in writing neet again and scoring top rank. If you join once in medical college via neet counselling you need to continue that. No matter you write neet next year or you scored well, you need to pay same money. You can't have reduction from second year onwards. Hope its clear now.
