See based on the previous year cut-offs of JENPAS UG, you have very low chances or almost no chances to get any of the government college neither through Paper 1 nor through Paper 2 even after having SC quota. This is because both papers are of 115 marks and out off 115 marks you got only 36 in Paper 1 and 34 in paper 2 which is quite low score in JENPAS UG.
You must have at least 50-60 or more marks out of 115 marks in JENPAS UG in Paper 1 and that too because you belongs to SC category otherwise you would have needed around 80+ marks for government colleges.

Earlier wbjee used to take 5000 as the seat acceptance fees but now it has been made costlier and the now for the seat acceptance in private colleges it would take around 40k and for state Universities it is around 5k and for tfw categories the fees is same .
