So according to this ,you are eligible for all attempts of year 2021 and 2022 . I would advise you to start preparing by giving mocks as much possible tio increase your odds

Right now you are approx. 18 years old and according to your age you are not eligible for any of the CDS 2021 courses so you can appear for CDS 2022 and for your reference the age criteria for different courses is mentioned below :-
>> Indian Military Academy - 19 to 24 years
>> Indian Naval Academy - 19 to 24 years
>> Air Force Academy - 20 to 24 years
>> Officers' Training Academy (Men) - 19 to 25 years
>> Officers Training Academy (Women, Non-Technical) - 19 to 25 years
Apart from the age criteria there are some other parameters upon which your eligibility will be determined like your educational qualification which goes like :-
**Indian Military Academy - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute
**Indian Naval Academy - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ College
**Air Force Academy - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor degree in engineering
**OTA (Men) - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute
**OTA (Women - Non-Technical) - Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute

Naval academy: B.Sc with physics & mathematics or Bachelor of Engg.
Air force academy: B.Sc with physics and/or Mathematics or Bachelor of Engg.

Well there is not a single best coaching for cda ota ,you can use many coaching centres resources.attempt previous year paper,mock paper as many as you can.Also nowadays you can go for online platform,nowadays online subscription has proved very effective for competitive exam.Also we can't suggest you a particular coaching centre it depends on you which is suitable for you!

Below are some Medical Standards and Vision Standards against which a candidate is tested against:
Medical Standards:
The candidate should be free from wax (EARS), DNS, Hydrocele/Phimosis. Defective Colour Vision, LASIK Surgery, Over/Under Weight, Under Chest, Piles, Gynecomastia, Tonsillitis, Veri-Cocele, and Aids.
You should be able to read 6/6 in a Distant Vision Chart
Colour Vision Standard should be CP-III
Minimum 14 Dental Points With Sound Teeth
Vision Standards:
Uncorrected without glass: 6/6, 6/9
Corrected with glass: 6/6 (only for Hypermetropia)
Nil limits for myopia
Limits for Hypermetropia: +2.00 D

As per the date of birth your age right now stands as 27 if I’m not wrong & soon 28 in November.
As the age limit for this exam is 19-25 years, you have unfortunately crossed the age limit of 25 hence you are not eligible for giving this examination.

For IMA (Indian Military Academy) : Unmarried male candidates who are born between 2nd January 1999 to 1st January 2004 are eligible to apply.
For INA (Indian Naval Academy) : Unmarried male candidates who are born between 2nd January 1999 to 1st January 2004 are eligible.
Air Force Academy: Candidate’s age must be 20 to 24 years as on 1st January 2022. It means the candidate should not be born earlier than 2nd January 1999 and not later than 1st January 2003.
Candidates having valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) are relaxed up to 26 years (i.e. born between 2nd January 1997 to 1st January 2003) are eligible to apply. Candidates below 25 years must be unmarried and marriage is not allowed during the training period.
Keeping this criteria in mind, as you are born in 1998 you may not be eligible for the exam.
