During the training period of NDA candidates get stipend 56100 of rupees. After training they will be appointed in the Indian army as an lieutenant in the scale of 56100 to177500 of rupees. As their experiences will be growing their benefits and increment will be also growing after. After training promotion on the basis of their experience as Captain pay scale-61300. to193900 of rupees, major pay scale-64800 to2 ,07,200 of rupees, for lieutenant Colnel-1,21,200 to 2,12,400 of rupees,Colonel pay scale-1,30, 600 to 2,15,400. Brigadier pay scale-1,39,600 to 2,17,400 of rupees.

IGNOU is very much recognized by the UGC and there is no problem regarding the validity of the degree provided by them.
And as far as your question is concerned... Yes, you are eligible for CDS (Combined Defence Service) Exam
There will be no issue on which college you have passed your degree, your college should be UGC-recognized. Same thing goes for AFCAT as well. Although there are other eligibility criteria you might want to look into.

Combined Defence Service Examination is an entrance examination to join in Indian Air Force Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Indian Military Academy , Officers Training Academy (Men) and Officers Training Academy (Women). Female candidates are eligible to apply for Officers Training Academy (Women) through CDSE Entrance Examination conducted by UPSC. They are not eligible to apply for INA, IMA and AFA through CDSE. If you wish to join in Indian Air Force Academy then you can appear for AFCAT Entrance Examination. AFCAT is conducted twice in a year. Mere getting selected cannot make you an Army officer. You need to get into Officers Training Academy, Chennai for 9-11 months of hard training. Under the circumstance conditions also, no candidate is allowed to leave training in between. However, you can do so after completing the training. You will not get a sort of retirement or pension facility, it will be called a resignation and you need to submit it in Army Headquarters. Further, you can surely appear for UPSC CSE and be an IAS Officer. There is no such restriction to do so. However, if you are really focused for IAS, then it will be better to pursue it further, because if you leave army after getting selected and training, you may take a place from an another candidate having this dream and is sincere to pursue it.

As you maybe already know that females can only apply for CDS OTA (Officers Training Academy), normal CDS exam is for men only. In CDS OTA, Mathematics is not asked.
There are only two sections : 1. General Awareness and 2. English.
Syllabus for General Awareness section:

Art and culture
Economy
History
Geography
Books and authors
Chemistry
Physics
Biology
So, please choose the subject for your bachelors in which you're most interested, physics, chemistry or biology. You can even go for BA hons if you want to.
Whatever subject you may choose, remember that exam is just the easiest step to finally get selected to armed forces, you should start to prepare for SSB side by side.

Yes, any degree from a UGC-approved university is sufficient to apply for the UPSC CDSE exam. Because IGNOU is the National University for Distance Education, all government hiring organisations esteem its accredited courses.
You can Pursue your graduation from any of the distance education institutions. You just need to note that it should be valid and approved from UGC. Along with it, for appearing for CDS and AFCAT you need to meet their basic eligibility criteria.

For Combined Defence Service(IMA), Candidates must be between the age of 19-24 years, means he should be born between January 2, 1997- January 1, 2002. Y Your Date of birth falls between this, you are eligible for CDS 1 2021. You must be unmarried to undergo training in Indian Military Academy. Also, candidates must have obtained bachelors degree from a recognized institute.
