The eligiblity criteria laid out for CDS 2020 exams states that the Candidate who applies must be atleast older than 19 years of age to be eligible. The age limit is supposed to be calculated as on January 01, 2020. The specified age limit it as follows.
For IMA – 19 years to 24 years

Hello Samridhi
Officers’ Training Academy (SSC Women Non-Technical Course)
19- 25 Years
The candidate belonging to age group of 19- 25 Years i.e. they are born not earlier than January 2, 1995 and not later than January 1, 2001.
So, i think you are eligible as your dob is 11/07/1995.
The UPSC cut off for 2019 was 134 to get into CDS IMA and 95 to get into CDS OTA. Therefore while chances of you getting into IMA is less, you have a great scope in OTA. Thus go for OTA and you have also scope in other firms.
You can apply for the post of OTA(Officers Training Academy) for Female, Non Technical.
Eligibility is having passed graduate from a recognized university with age limit between 19 to 25.
