Only those make/female candidates can appear directly for ssb rounds who are a active ncc members and had completed there C-certificate.
But if, one does not have C-certificate of ncc then they have to appear for both cds written as well as ssb interview rounds.
And,as you said your results of final year are not out, then also you can appear for cds written test and then before appearing for ssb interview round you have to show your final results.

Hello Rajendra, Yes CDS officers have more salary as compare to NDA officers. Salary for NDA officer starts form 21k while , a CDS officers salary starts from 45-50 K. And the salary goes on as per the post. But NDA is more better because students can apply for NDA after 12 th. So if we consider physical training, then it is quite easy to face the training For 3 year. In CDS training period is less but to face that training is really difficult.

CDS exam is a common written exam for entering into the Defence services. It is conducted by UPSC twice a year.
For the CDS exam , the eligibility criterion is given below-
CITIZENSHIP:-
You should have Indian citizenship.
AGE LIMIT:-
Your age should be in the age group of-
19 to 24 years for Army.
19 to 23 years for Air-Force.
19 to 23 years for Navy.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-
You should have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized institute.
For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy : Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering for CDSE and Degree in Engineering or B.Sc. ( with Physics or Mathematics ) for NCC entry.
For Air Force Academy : Degree of recognized University ( with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level ) or Bachelor of Engineering.
So as you are a Bsc (pcm) candidate you can surely appear for the exam.
The exam consists of three papers i.e-
