There isn't any set aggregate required at graduation level for CDS, for different posts, the eligibility criteria differs only in terms of streams, like for Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy it requires passed Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a recognized university or having passed Maths and Physics

Since, you'll be 21 this October, you have four more year, so by 2023 you'll be eligible to apply for Officer Training Academy.

You are not eligible for CDS even in OTA as your age is more than what is needed. For OTA official eligibility was one should not born prior to January 5 1995 for 2019. So you are surely not eligible for CDS 2020
