See it is rule in the JEE MAINS that if the question was wrong then the students giving that exam will be awarded the bonus marks for that question. See it is given as the student who have done it wrong might get the question wrong due to it's mistake and the student who didn't attempt it would have skipped that one due to it's mistake. That's why every student is awarded with that exam. So yes it will be awarded in the April session also.

Your letter means that you have cleared your first round. The application form is for further rounds. You will have Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds after this. If you clear these rounds, a merit list will be prepared and final candidates list will be released by March. If your name is mentioned in that final list, only then you have been selected for taking admission in their University.
