Christ University does not offer lateral entry admissions for the course of B.com (//B.com) , it only offers direct 2nd year admission (lateral entry) for B.Tech. You can check it here on the official website:

However, you can take admission in BCom in Christ university in 1st year by writing the entrance exam or by merit.
