Yes you can go for the MCA course being from the commerce stream but only after completing BCA. Because MCA is a postgraduate course. Getting admission into MCA directly after 12th commerce isn't possible due to the eligibility criteria required by various colleges for MCA.
Eligibility Criteria for pursuing MCA are:- 60% aggregate marks in BCA or B. Sc (Computer Science) or B. Sc (Information Technology) or any Graduation with Computer Science as a subject for three years or Mathematics or Statistics or Business Maths or Business Statistics or QT as one of the subject at Graduation or 10+2 level)

Dear Student,
Below are the exams after 12th for commerce stream students
Commerce is backbone of economy , there are numerous opputunies you have in commerce like
Like there are many other courses as well commerce broadly related to managing and controlling business . And all the above courses are directly or indirectly related to management of the business or organisations only .
But i would suggest you to do what you like the most and what pulls your interests to it. End of the day, you should enjoy what you do !
Hey,
As far as your question is concerned I don't think so it is possible and in fact acceptable. You are already doing your graduation. So how can you just do your 12th studies again.
Students in CBSE board are allowed to appear for their improvement exam only in the consecutive year of their passing of 12 th exam. Think yourself how will you be able to go in decreasing order of your studies. Doesn't sound right.
Hope that solves your concern.
Thank you.
