Yes ,definitely a candidate from any stream can study psychology course. You can do graduation course after 12th, which is a three year degree course. After completing graduation you can also do Master's degree in psychology and even research works also. Yes, you surely can do graduation in Psychology.

But there is a disadvantage a commerce student has to face while opting for any course apart from there stream is the percentage deduction. The university will deduct a amount of percentage like 2.5 and then check if you are eligible or not
