Here are some tips to ace the exam:
1. Plan your Study schedule:
You should make a proper study schedule for your preparation. Research on the syllabus according to the course you are planning to apply for and organise the topics according to their difficulty levels generally and individually as per your convenience. Make proper time for revision and make notes for the same purpose. Planning will help you to track your progress and also help you know how much more is left and what is strong and has to be revised again.
2. Manage Time Properly:
Your plan must not be over-ambitious but it should be achievable in the time limit you set. This should be planned according to the exam paper pattern and syllabus. Once you have planned, take out the number of prospective hours out of your daily routine and divide time to the topics according to their difficulty level. Don't forget to take breaks in between according to your attention span. Also changing the space of studying can help you feel afresh when you need a new environment.
3. Refer to reliable study material:
Focus on good and renowned books for studying. Also search for material on the internet. Do not rely on any single book or material. This will help you understand the array of questions and variations in the syllabus. Also, check that the books you select are easily understandable.
4. Practice:
Don't forget to solve previous year question papers and mock test that are time-bound. This will familiarise you with the exam pattern and also help you track your progress in terms of speed and content.
5. Eat properly and take care of your health.
6. Try to find shortcut methods and formulas for solving some questions. You can find a lot of these methods depending on the topic in books and over the internet. They can really help you save time.
Hope this helps. All the best!
