Based upon your CAT percentile, you are not eligible for any college in unreserved category. My advise to you is appear for CAT 2018 and take coaching from any institute. If you want to save your year then you can go for any Correspondence MBA.
You may try for PGDM - IB at FORE, for sure. Last year cut off has been 85 for PGDM and 78 for PGDM IB at FORE. LIBA isnt worth trying for (Cut off was 80) as the no. of seats for general is limited due to reservations. BIM Trichy
