I'm assuming you are taking about baby IIM's which are Sambalpur, Vizag, Amritsar,etc. Well it depends, if you are looking to learn from a good faculty and you want to do an MBA to have an IIM tag and your work experience is going beyond 36-48 months I would suggest

70 percentile is an average. Colleges which you can get based on percentile, you can check through pathfinder.

The fees is for everyone who wishes to take admission. Sadly there is sort of "Government fees". But you will loan facility from all the leading banks.

You can't compare both these exams. The pattern of Quant and English is almost same but to get into IIFT you needed to have a grip on GK / History. It consists mostly of business GK and one has to be on top of current events - business & political.
