While filling CAT form when I was putting academic details, they were not accepting 6 subjects (which I had in 12th standard). The score was showing invalid. They look at your grades in 10th, 12th, and graduation, including electives. They will also examine all marks in all subjects; nothing will be missed out. So don't be confused; it's best to fill out the form again just to be on safe side.
