Hello dear,

Yes, even after the syllabus will get changed, you will be eligible for applying NDA exams with Commerce plus Maths as your choice. Though the syllabus will get changed,  doesn't mean that you will get to learn some lesser topics.

Overall CGPA is basically the sum of all CGPA you have got till now and divide by the number of semester or year depending on the application form norms. If you have CGPA per semester add them and divide by number of semster completed till now.That will be

I understand your problem, But I highly recommend you to not considering any such type of concessions in percentile. It will affect your preparation. 90% there will be no changes and hence no such type of thing will be going to happen. Just prepare well for the exam.
