For CAT and in general for other management exams too like XAT, CMAT, etc you can solve quantitative aptitude by Arun sharma. The book is well written such that theory and numerical both are in adequate proportion. Though pearson is also good and one can follow it too.

I have 92.20% in 10th, 80.77% in 12th, and 70% in Engineering, and I am a fresher. Can I target IIM A, B, C if I manage to get the required percentile in CAT? Would the academics cause any problem?

IPMAT is the entrance examination for admission to Integrated Management programme at IIM Indore. The toughness of the exam depends on how you prepare. But if you look at it, CAT has 3 sections while IPMAT has 2 sections making it easier for you to prepare.

CAT Or common Admission test is national level exam for MBA Aspirants. Final year or graduated once are elegible for this test.

There are three sections in CAT Verbal, Reasoning, And quants. And they do have different different cut offs.  Like generally one section is always difficult
