51.10 score in CAT is very less score and you will not get any of the top MBA colleges which accepts cat as per the previous year analysis. You can prepare for other entrance exams like MAT, SNAP, CMAT, XAT etc. because not only CAT score is there
As per the previous year cutoff overall cutoff in CAT for IIM Nagpur minimum percentile needed is 90 in general category. Seeing your academics you have good chances of getting selected in IIM Nagpur as you have 1 year work experience too though IIMs do not give marks
