see the scholarships criteria is different for different colleges, however for iims the candidates whose family income is less than 3 lakhs per annum got fees waiver. however you need to check the college website for scholarships criteria. but based on cat percentile there is no scholarships provided.

For getting admission in IIM you must have more than 99 percentile but since your 10th and 12th marks is less than the average . It would be very difficult to get call from IIM even if you have more than 99 percentile in CAT exam . But don't worry

THe admission into IIM's is not based on your academics. The admission is based on your CAT score and your selection in Interview. To get a call from IIM you need to get at least 98% in CAT. SO you have less chances of getting a call from IIM
