Well, there are few colleges which accept CAT score of 60-70 percentile, but then so, is the placements opportunities. You'll have to compromise with these things there or the fee structure is really high as compared to the results what you'll be getting.

Vishal, you haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. Irrespective of the Category, 97.12 percentile is a good percentile. IIM Visakhapatnam has released its 2020-22 CAT cut off percentiles and they are as follows:

Amit, to be eligible for both GMAT and CAT, you should have complwted your Bachelor's degree. But if you have a Diploma, it is not equivalent to a Bachelor's degree and hence you might not be eligible for both GMAT and CAT. Technically both GMAT and CAT are both entrance
