To appear for CAT exam you first need to complete your graduation. Final year graduation students are aslo eligible to apply for CAT exam.  

I forgot to mention the college FMS. I am unable to edit the question so mentioning here. What would be my composite score without gd/pi/extempore. And what should be my score in gd/pi to convert the call?

You have chances of getting calls from the new IIMs and DMS in IIT-Delhi. As you have good percentage during your tenth, twelfth and Undergrad. The chances of old IIMs are rare. Still hope for the best. Best wishes for your MBA life in Advance.
