Heyy Vashudha....

It's a three step process as described by MICA.

1. You should have taken at least one of the three exams: CAT/ XAT/GMAT (CAT 2018 / XAT 2019 / GMAT (2017 onwards).

2. All candidates are assessed on MICAT, which consists of 3 sections.

3. All the candidates

AN 3rd Dec, 2018

Dear Abhinav,

Many B schools accept CMAT and MAT scores so according to me B schools might take admissions based on CMAT scores whose application dates will be after the scores are available.

Im a nc-obc female expecting 81percentile in cat. My acads 90.17 in 10, 97.3 in 12, 88 in btech. Can I expect an Im or non Im call?

Hi Tejaswini,

You have an excellent academic record. With the advantage of being NC-OBC and a female candidate, I think you have chances of getting calls from IIMs provided you clear their basic cut-offs.

You can expect calls from a few old IIMs and almost all new IIMs. Keep hopes

I am an NC-OBC female candidate expecting 84 percentile in CAT 18, Can I expect calls from any old or new IIMs?

v neeraja 2nd Dec, 2018
Hi Ankita,

You have a decent academic profile. Your 12th percentage is a little low which you may have to defend in your questions during the interview.

With 84 percentile in CAT and NC OBC category, you will be able to get calls from good IIMs. You may get calls

CAT 2018 marks VARC 8 DILR 21 QA 35 Category-SC is there any chance ?

Faizan Salim 1st Dec, 2018

Hiii

Admissions based on CAT depends upon the cutoff of the various colleges. The cutoff varies every year. for general category the cutoff is very high but for other categories too it is not very low. I don' think these marks would be enough to get through. Still please refer
