Yes you need second year marksheet as well as Cijrse Compketion certificate or Provissional degree certificate as necessary document to appear for CAT. 

As students in final yea rof graduation onwards are only allowed.

Yes caste certificate needs to b e uploaded while filling CAT application form to claim your reservation and criteria. 

You also need to produce documents of caste certificate related at verification centre to confirm it.
