To get into any IIM you need to score the needed percentile in CAT( Common Aptitude Test).
Admission takes place thorugh CAT only in all IIM.

CAT is the entrance exam for MBA and not for BBA. The admission for BBA for Chandigarh university is based on the merit of the class 12 exam.

If you want to go to an IIM , the best option available for you is IPM exam by IIM Indore.
This would get you into a five year BBA+MBA integrated course.
