With the rank of 75 in TS LAWCET 2018 it is not possible for you to get an admission in Osmania law college compared to previous year cutoff rank which was 23 for a general category one.
Unfortunately IIMs are not yet that advanced to provide you this option. But luckily for you there is a college named IIFT that provides one with this option.

Hi Eswar, the NEET cutoff for the year 2017 was:
General Category: 50th percentile
SC/ST/OBC: 40th Percentile
Physically handicapped:45th Percentile

Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.
Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Private Colleges. Hope for the best.

My friend, 340 is your marks or rank ? First clarify that point. If you get 340 marks in exam then it is a very good score to secure a seat in decent college.
