With this rank of 4778 under ST category, you won't get admission in NIT Warangal, under HS quota as the cut offs are high. But, you can get into other NITs or IIITs under OS or AI quota for almost any branch. You can check the last rank

I think you're talking about JEE Main, and not CAT. If you're asking about joining an SFTI, yes you can join using your JEE Main rank. But, that counselling is done by CSAB and not JoSAA. It will be conducted after all rounds of JoSAA counselling is

You might get an interview call if your profile stands out due to some job experience, entrepreneurial ventures or extra curricular achievements. To get calls based on CAT alone, you'll have to score 98+ percentile.
