No, you can't. The official notification will be out in the month of August and only then can you apply for the exam. Start preparing if you have'nt already.

Yes definitely you can get admission. You need to do exceptionally well in CAT for that. The tentative percentiles required for top colleges are:

IIM A - 99.8+

IIM B - 99.7+

IIM C - 99.7+

IIM L - 99+

IIM K - 98.7+

IIM I - 98+

Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

Yes. you can. Though the trend keeps changing every year, people below 50,000 rank do have chance. You might need to wait till 4th round or so in the worst case scenario. But you would mostly get the admission. Be positive but do have other options ready.

If you are interested in social sciences go to Tata Institute for social sciences(TISSNET- entrance Exam) which offers best M.A. courses in our country especially HRM and LR.
