Yes, you should be eligible as the eligibility specifies that you should pass any exam that is equivalent to 10+2 of Tamilnadu and NIOS is. So yes, you should be eligible. However pls check for Puducherry seats and other state ones as domicile status is a major requirement for Puducherry
