which college i gate if my score in maharashatra common entrance test is 87.28 percentile

Tarreni Behera 29th Nov, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

Your performance in MHT CET or Maharashtra Common Entrance Test is very mediocre and with such percentile, it is highly unlikely that you will get admission in any of the government institutes of the state to pursue graduation. It is so because these institutions provide admission to the best rank holders of the state and also have a few number of seats. Infact the number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applications.

In case you want to know the colleges that you may get admission in based on your MHT CET rank, then I suggest you to click on this URL:-

https://www.careers360.com/mht-cet-college-predictor

This shall give you a list of colleges that you will get admission in through counselling process. Before joining any of these Institutes, make sure that you compare them against each other to know by yourself which is the best college for you to pursue graduation. In order to compare colleges, all you need to do is to just click on this URL:-

https://www.careers360.com/compare-colleges

This is a great comparison tool and shall be able to answer your queries in relevant aspects related to college admission. It compares colleges based on their merits and demerits. It focuses on key parameters like placement prospects, scope for research or higher education, fee structure, infrastructure, facilities provided, skill oriented education, astute faculty staff, etc.

I hope you get admission in a good college.

On which rank do I get selected in NIT,Trichy for an MCA by the National Institute Of MCA common entrance test? I am from general category.

Pakshal Ghiya 4th Dec, 2020

NIT Trichy has 45 seats in open/general category.

Some students every year are not able/willing to join NIT Trichy due to their respective reasons or some of them are not from Open Category.

So on a safer side under 50 AIR rank in NIMCET can guarantee you a seat in NIT Trichy for sure. This number can also reach upto 55 but that's not happening every year.

Simply just keep your target under 50.

All The Best.

Hii niharika.

Hope you are doing good.

to tell you the truth yes you have chances of getting your preferred branch in your preferred University but the chances are quite bleak.

you are right at the borderline and you may get your preferred course in tthe or fourth merit list.

Please be patient and please be strong.

Due to this pandemic situation which caused delay in in academic admissions there is high chances that many students who you got allotted in the first and second counselling may leave their seat if they get college somewhere else.

So you have high chances please be patient.

Please wait for the third counselling results.

Please regularly check their official websites for latest updates I will list out the official website here

If you have any more doubts please feel free to ask them in the comments section.

is there any possibility of getting admission in mbbs by considering GUJCET(gujarat state common entrance test) if in case neet cannot be taken??

Anurag Khanna 19th Aug, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

See if you are seeking admission to the MBBS course offered by any college in India or even in abroad the it is mandatory that you have to appear for NEET exam without appearing in NEET Exam you cannot get admission to the MBBS course offered by any college whether it is government or private. As you are asking about GUJCET so no you cannot take admission in MBBS course through GUJCET marks you have to take admission only through your NEET score.

I hope this information cleared your doubts.

Good Luck!!

can I change my course during the counselling process if I had appeared in common entrance test for bhu BA hons from ba arts to ba social science?

mjaisinghani62 28th Aug, 2020

Hello aspirant

Yes you can change your course during counselling session. Counselling is done for this purpose also. After counselling it will be difficult to change the course. But it also depends on that seats should be available for the course you changed because you had applied for different course.

A very good evening sir\mam. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY. The CET(common entrance test) for UG program,is tough exam? what is the difficulty of this entrance? On which subjects I have to focus more?(for medical seat) And Im belong to j&k state. so what is the difficulty level of CET in j&k?

ojaswiyolo Student Expert 15th Aug, 2020

Hey Devaryan

Firstly, the CETs are difficult. They wont be as easy as yourregular 12th board exam but they can be made easy with proper preparation(studying the right topics, time table, focus and habit of solving question papers).

Secondly, The difficulty varies from one cet to the other. NEET is a difficult exam (specially if you belong to the general category) and so is JEE. Getting a medical seat through NEET is probably more difficult than getting a seat in engineering trough different CETs. There are many CETs you can give beside JKCET like JEE,WBJEE,COMEDK,VITEEE,AEEE etc. The difficulty level varies.

Thirdly, to get a medical seat you will have to give NEET. To clear NEET you will have to focus the most on Biology and then Chemistry and then Physics(you have to have physics, bio and chem in your 11th and 12th).

All the best! Please refer to us to keep you guided !
