CLAT exam 2020 is going to be conducted by NUSRL, Ranchi and it has already released the online application form today i.e., 1st January,2020 and the last date to apply for CLAT 2020 is 31st March,2020. Admit card will be released in the second week of May 2020 and CLAT exam 2020 is on 10 May, 2020.

Yes you are eligible to apply for FLAT 2020.

Yes you can appear for CLAT 2020 as you are in your 12th standard. While joining you have to show that you have successfully qualified 12th standard with good marks.
There is no other restriction to it. You can apply for it and prepare for it too. There is no maximum age limit so you can appear as many times you want untill you clear the paper and get an admission.

Suman, Morning. CLAT has 2 types- CLAT and CLAT PG. Now CLAT is for Candidates who want to pursue Undergraduate and 5 year Integrated Law Courses and CLAT PG is for Post Graduate Programmes in Law. Now for CLAT, you need to have completed your 10+2. But to be eligible for CLAT PG, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law. Both 3 year and 5 year law programmes are valid. Now it is not clear as what stream you have studied in your Graduation. You are eligible for CLAT only if you have Bachelor's degree in Law.
