Hello, Good morning, My name is suman saha as I have completed my graduation from a WBNSOU may I can seat for the law or clat 2020

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 31st Dec, 2019

Suman, Morning. CLAT has 2 types- CLAT and CLAT PG. Now CLAT is for Candidates who want to pursue Undergraduate and 5 year Integrated Law Courses and CLAT PG is for Post Graduate Programmes in Law. Now for CLAT, you need to have completed your 10+2. But to be eligible for CLAT PG, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law. Both 3 year and 5 year law programmes are valid. Now it is not clear as what stream you have studied in your Graduation. You are eligible for CLAT only if you have Bachelor's degree in Law.
