Fir getting admission into any college you need clear its required cutoff set by the university/college.
For CLAT2019 cutoff would probably go high as the merit this time went higher than CLAT2018.
Thus with your score in CLAT 2019 it seems quitr difficult for you to get into

Its okay youe previous seat will be retained in the next round if you have placed VIPS on top so in the nest round your seat will be retained.
