Yes, you can definitely get into one of the National Law University given that your rank is good and based upon the previous trends you have a good chance to make it to one of the following NLU;
1. RGNLU, Patiala,
2. NLU, Assam
3.TNLU Tirchy.
With the rank you're mentioning you don't have a chance of getting into an NLU or any of the top colleges under IPU but you can definitely look out for these colleges. They also have good academics
