Taking into consideration trends in previous year cutoff, difficulty of question paper and no of aspirants I am sorry to say this but you might not able to get admission in CNLUs.
Last year obc category cutoff of CNLU was 101.77.
Even this year cutoff may change due

Ofcourse, you will get in. Assuming you are from the general category, your rank based on the rank predictor would be around 1 to 300, which I dare say is a pretty good score. The cut off rank for General category women alone was around 1300. So,

1 in government- National Law School of India University, Bangalore
2 in government- Raj Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur
3 in government- National Law University, Jodhpur

The cutoffs vary mostly.
It actually depends on how many students score more. If few students only score somewhere near 140 then they'll have to lower the cutoff for sure.
And if you manage to score more than 100 in general category you'll definitely get into a good

Congrats 142 is a very good score in clat, I think your rank might be under 65 also. Seeing last years trends with this score you can get the best NLU of India
