Seeing last year cut off with 108 marks in clat you can get NLUs like
You may get it till last round of the counselling, and this year since the paper was easy the cut off are expected

Based on the rank predictor, your rank could be anywhere between 8000 and 9000. And the previous year cutoff mark for state SC category in HNLU was 25000. So, I think it is safe to say that you will get in easily. You even have the domicile reservation.
