Congratulations on clearing CLAT! The CLAT cutoffs for the first 3 rounds have been released.Regfarding the vacant seat scenario it varies with respect to the number of candidates woh have taken admission in the first 3 rounds.Now there are transfers and alos change of colleges.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 4500-5700 in SC category and considering the closing ranks and number of seats available in different colleges you can look out for 

NLU Shimla, Jabalpur, Ranchi, Guwahati

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 8800-10000 in reserved category and even with a state domicile chances are a little less that you'll get into the NLUs but you have a pretty decent score so you can definitely look out for other good private colleges

Your overall rank can be between 1,769 - 2,469 if you belong to the general or unreserved category.

If you belong to the OBC category, your category rank can be 1-300. 

If you belong to the SC category, your category rank can be 1-164.
