In the ranking of National Law universities in India Bhopal comes at the fourth place and Jodhpur is at fifth . Both the colleges are very good for studying law but if you want to draw a comparison between the two, I would suggest you that Bhopal NLU
It is very difficult to tell how many students will be appearing for CLAT from Andhra Pradesh. Last year 47,750 candidates appeared for the exam. So even this year the number will be around 50,000 approximately.
A total of 47,750candidates appeared for the CLAT exam in 2018. Every year the number increases and it is difficult to say that how many will appear this year but it might be somewhere around previous years number.

Your clat rank is quite good and yes you can definitely get good NLU in 2nd or 3rd round of counselling. Donot forget to apply your domicile certificate this increases your chances of selection in the state NLUs.

Congratulations for getting seat in HPNLU. If you click on upgrade my seat then in the next round you will be allotted more good NLU based on your rank, if seats are left or vacant in good NLUs.

Yes you have chances of getting admission in NLUs in 2nd or 3rd or last round of counselling. As one of my friend who also belong to obc got low NLU with 90+ score. So you might also get this year depending on vacat seats of colleges.

In the second merit list this year, the opening and closing cutoff ranks for the SC category is 10963 and 11890 in RMLNLU Lucknow this year. Even though you have a domicile of UP, it doesn't seem that the rank cutoff for State SC candidates will go down
