there is no entrance for ba hons history/political or economics in du.

admission takes place on the merit basis i.e 12th board marks.

Hello Aanchal, 

Since this year's cut off would be higher and looking at your scores and category status, you might get Ranchi, Mumbai, Assam, Odisha. 

However, I would suggest you to try for other private law colleges if possible.

RMLNLU has 34 seats for schedule caste of Uttar Pradesh. Cut off 2017 for BA LLB was 11362 rank. For LLM, it was 846 rank. Cut off for 2016 for BA LLB was 13162. For LLM, it was 1808. Check out:

Since the cut offs this year's are expected to be higher, however keeping your scores and category status in mind, you might as well get Bhopal, Kolkata and Jodhpur from the Top 5, rest assured you will get into other NLUs with your scores.

Considering your marks, category status and other inputs affecting the clat result, your probable rank will range between 12000-13000. And your respective category rank might range between 400-500. The only NLU's in which you can expect admissions are

The minimum marks required according to categories are:

  • UR - 110+ marks 
  • Obc -95 + marks 
  • Sc - 90+ 
  • St - 80+
