There are around 21 National Law Universities under CLAT. All you need to do is to register for CLAT entrance exam. You do not need to apply for different NLUs separately. Admissions will be made in various colleges through common counselling by CLAT authorities according to your ranks.

This year admission in IP University is being done through CLAT instead of their own entrance exam IPU CET. So your CLAT scores will be considered for admission here. You need to fill the application form for IP University separately than the CLAT form to be eligible for

It is highly unlikely that your first transaction was failed. According to the website, the application fees is non- refundable but you can still contact the CLAT helpdesk and I am sure they'll be able to give you the correct information. You can check out the link below

for applying CLAT you must pass class 12th with minimum 45%. You can apply for the exam but you must score 45%.

Yes, you can definitely give CLAT exam this year. The test will be held in may.

Sorry you dont have any chance to change the application form once submitted,but you have chance to submit the new application with new id,again you have to pay the application fee.
