In case of Clat Admission is done on the base of All India Rank only. As per your All India Rank you have less chance for any NLU. You can go for private colleges.

CLAT is conducted for candidates who want to take up a five year integrated LLB programme. Although you will be eligible for CLAT 2019 it will not be useful for you since you will already have completed your three year degree programme.
