As per your All India Rank you have average chances in Nlu & Secondly about the vacant seats. I can't assure you that you will get a vacant seats because it depends on the total seats & applicants. You can always go for private colleges.

You can get either civil engineeering or intrumentation and control eengineering if you have applied in nirma university in all india 35% category.

In private colleges like Nirma it depends who first applies although the Clat score matters but they generally give admissions on the basis of first come first get basis so make a call in college and they'll guide you in rest of the process
