59 marks in CLAT. any chance in NLU

Rahul Mandal 15th Dec, 2025

Hello,

Sorry, but with 59 marks in the CLAT, your chances of getting in top NLUs in the general category are very low, as the cutoffs are usually 90+ marks. But don't worry you have good chances in the tier-3 NLUs, espicely if you are belongs to SC/ST/OBC reserved categories.

My marks in clat is 35.75 from sc category female candidate with army quota and both parents are in government job can I got nlu and which nlu

Dhruv Sharma 15th Dec, 2025

Hello

You are scoring 35.75 in the CLAT exam as a female candidate, and both parents are in the Army, so you have a plus point for the Army quota, but getting admission in top NLUs is highly unlikely because the SC cutoffs for the top NLUs are often 60+

I got 47.5 marks in clat,2026.I am in general quota, woman and Daman domicile.which nlu,i take an admission?

Shaily Mishra 14th Dec, 2025

With 47.5 marks in CLAT 2026 under General category, chances of admission in top NLUs are very low. However, you may have a chance in lower-ranked or newer NLUs, depending on the cut-off, women reservation, and domicile rules. Final allotment depends on counselling rounds and seat availability.

Thankyou i hope

If your rank lies within the cutoff range, your chances improve.

Sajal Trivedi 13th Dec, 2025

Hello aspirant,

Your anticipated cutoff range for top and mid-tier NLUs would typically be 60–70+ marks with 58 marks in CLAT (EWS category).  Chances in Tier-1 and Tier-2 NLUs are minimal at 58.  Depending on the year, rank inflation, and EWS seat availability, you might have a slim chance in

Prachi Kumari 13th Dec, 2025

Hello,

With a score of 82 in CLAT 2026 under the EWS category, you do have a chance at getting into decent NLUs, but it may depend on the specific NLU and the cut-offs for this year.

Generally:

  • Top NLUs (like NLSIU, NALSAR, NUJS, WBNUJS) usually have higher cut-offs, so

Hello aspirant,

Yes, you have a strong chance of getting into respectable NLUs with an EWS score of 82 on the CLAT 2026.  You have a very good probability of getting into Tier-3 NLUs and a great possibility of getting into mid-tier (Tier-2) NLUs, but you are unlikely to get
